Introduction

Made this for July 4th BBQ. Like it better than the old stuff I would make.

Note:
You can use 16 oz of coleslaw mix from the grocery store, just add the onions.

Ingredients

    9 oz. cabbage, shredded
    2 oz. onion, sliced thin
    4 oz. carrots, shredded
    ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
    ¼ c. cider vinegar
    4 package splenda
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. dill weed
    ⅛ c. hot water

Directions

Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
In another bowl mix the mustard, splenda and water until they are dissolved.
Mix that in with the vinegars and dill.
Add to the vegetables.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
