    *Coconut Milk, 1.25 cup
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Jasmin Rice 1/4 cup uncooked, 4 serving
    *Chick Peas Organic, 1.5 cup
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    *CooKing Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce Thai Style, 15 gram
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 dash


Bring coconut milk and water to a light boil, then stir in rice.
Reduce heat to low and cover, cooking for 20 minutes or to desired tenderness.

Meanwhile, sautee chickpeas in olive oil, adding in remaining ingredients, then lower heat. Stir periodically until rice is done.

Serve chickpeas over rice.
