Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cup (remove)
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Beat egg & whites with wire whisk. Add buttermilk, mix. Add all ingredients, mix until smooth. Pour 1/4c per waffle onto waffle iron. Makes 14 waffles.
