Ingredients

    Mushrooms Stems & Pieces Can drained, 1 cup
    Bob Evans Pork Sausage Roll, 16 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 plum tomato chopped
    *Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest Spaghetti, 14.5 oz
    Chunky Zesty Garlic & Cheese Pasta Sauce, 6 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pompeian Brand, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tsp

Directions

Brown sausage in pan and then remove.
Saute green pepper, onion, and garlic in 1 T. of olive oil until tender and then add tomatoes and mushrooms.
Then add seasonings and cook about 5 min.
Then add sauce and sausage and simmer about 15 min.
Combine the cooked noodles and sauce.

I sometimes make hours before dinner and put it in the slowcooker on keep warm.
