Ingredients

    1 package fat free cream cheese
    1 cup fat free cool whip
    1/4 cup confectioners sugar
    3 graham crackers
    2 tablespoons blue bonnet light melted
    1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
    5 packets of equal

Directions

lay out cream cheese so that it will be soft.

slice strawberries and sweeten them with equal or splenda.

Put graham crackers into food chopper or crush them until fine pour into a pie pan and add melted butter mix and press into the bottom of the pan.

add confectioners sugar and cool whip to the cream cheese and blend with a blender until smooth.

Put cream cheese mixture into pie pan and top with sliced strawberries.

Cover with lid or plastic rap and allow to chill in fridge for at least 1 hour

Makes 8 equal servings

If you did not know, you can make the crust come up easier if you put the bottom of your pie pan in hot tap water for about 30 seconds before cutting the pie
