This is a meal I have on occasion when I want something quick and filling. This is a meal I have on occasion when I want something quick and filling.
Number of Servings: 2


    Quaker plain oats
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c skim milk
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 packet Splenda
    1/2 c frozen or fresh blueberries
    4 tbsp of Whey Protein
    1/4 c Pancake Syrup or fruit (optional)


Add all ingrediants together into a mixing bowl. Stir until all are blended. Pour a small amount into a griddle or frying pan. Make sure you either use a non-stick or spray with non-stick spray before pouring. Flip pancake over when top begins to bubble. After flipping, wait until golden brown and serve with sugar free syrup or any sugar free fruit topping.
