    Minute Maid, Original Orange Juice Plus Calcium, 8 fl oz, 1 serving
    *acai puree, 1 serving (100 gms)
    Pro Performance 100% whey protein (banana cream), 1 serving
    Private selection fruit blend for smoothies, 1/4 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .1/4 cup, unthawed
    Pineapple, fresh, 1/4 cup, diced
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1/4 cup, unthawed
    1/4-1/2 water varies to desired consistancy


Directions

Mix all ingrediants in blender.

Add desired amount of water to thin mixture to desired consistancy.
