    6 oz Ground Turkey Sausage
    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    .5 cup Mushrooms, canned and diced
    3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 tbso Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tbsp Onions
    .25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 ea Egg
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 tbsp Reduced-Sugar Ketchup


1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Dump all ingredients in a bowl and mix together by hand.
3. When combined, form into 2-4 ounce servings and place on a sprayed broiling pan so any fat drips off.
4. Top with Ketchup and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until done.
