Ingredients

    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    * Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can
    Squash, yellow ,zuchinni raw, 4 cup slices

    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) diced fine
    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 1 box
    margarine 4 tbsp melted

Directions

*in bowl combine squash,onion and carrots add to it the can of cream soup and sour cream,
*in another bowl combine the stuffing mix and melted margarine
* spray a 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray spread 1/2 of the stuffing mix in the bottom then top with the squash mixture then top with the rest of the stuffing mix
*Bake in a 350*oven for 45 min or until squash is tender and the stuffing mix is crispy
