    2 C. of drained water packed peach slices (28 oz can)
    1/3 C white sugar
    1 T butter
    3 T unsweetened applesauce
    1 C flour
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t ground cinnamon
    4 T Egg Beaters
    1 t vanilla extract
    1 t almond extract
    2/3 C skim milk
    2 T fat free vanilla yogurt
    5 t splends or sugar twin


Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Melt butter in 9" baking pan in the oven
Sprinkle sugar evenly in bottom of pan. After sugar starts to melt/brown pull out of oven and layer on peaches
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Beat eggs in another bowl and add wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix
Pour over peaches
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
Cool for 5 minutes. If a lot of liquid remain pour off to side. Overturn on a plate
