Ingredients

    3 eggs beaten
    3 tbs milk
    1 1/2 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbs dried parsley
    2 tbs olive oil
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    4 boneless pork chops (1 lbs)

Directions

pre heat oven to 350
beat together egg and milk
in a separate bowl mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, and parsley
heat oil in pan, cook garlic till lighlty brown and remove garlic
dip each chop in egg, then in bread
place in oven safe skillet brown 5 min on each side
place oven safe skillet in oven and bake 25 min or internal temperature at 160
