Introduction

so good you don't need dressing! so good you don't need dressing!

Ingredients

    tear 2 lightly packed cups mixed lettuces( and add herbs like basil, mint, cilantro)
    1 cup chipped tomato
    1 cup chopped cucumbers
    2 tble chipped onion
    2oz chopped radish
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1oz bulgarian feta cheese
    cavender's greek seasoning
    *** optional- avacado

Directions

tear 2 lightly packed cups mixed lettuces( and add herbs like basil, mint, cilantro)
chop all other ingredients and sprinkle with Cavender's greek seasoning.
Crumble feta on top!
if you like more of a dressing texture add some diced avacado for that rich mouth feel you get from oil and fatty dressings..you get healthy omega's instead of saturated!
makes one entree size salad- I promise you'll feel full!
