Introduction

I combined two other members' recipes, used turkey instead of chicken, and a basil/tomato feta instead of plain. My husband doesn't ask for beef burgers anymore! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean)
1/4 cup Basil & Tomato Feta (Athenos)
    1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
4 pieces sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, well rinsed
    2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Chop sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, form into patties and put in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. (I put wax paper between the patties and pile them on a plate). Broil or grill to desired doneness.
