    19 oz pkg ground turkey
    2/3 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 egg whites
    2 cloves garlic
    fresh basil
    fresh oregano
    fresh parsley
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper


Makes 16 medium meatballs.
PReheat oven to 350
Mince garlic, and finely chop herbs. (Dried herbs can be substituted here to taste. Crush first to bring out flavor)
beat egg whites.
Combine all ingredients throughly.
Divide meat mixture into 16 even balls.
Spray jelly roll pan, or cookie sheet with lip wiht non stick spray
Rost meatballs for approx 15-20 mon until internal temp is at least 160.
Simmer meatballs in Sauce if you are using them with pasta, or broth if you are using them otherwise, for about 15 min more to make them juicy and tender.
