Ingredients

    6 peeled hard cooked eggs
    3 tbsp low-fat mayo
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    squirt of lemon juice
    salt to taste
    paprika

Directions

serves 6; 1 egg 1 servings
Cut egg in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks, and blend them by hand with mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Spoon the mixture back into the whites. Dust with paprika.
