Ingredients

    .25 cup Dijon Mustard
    3 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, no stems
    3 tbsp red wine vinegar
    .5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    12 (4 ounce) lamb chops, trimmed
    cooking spray

Directions

Serves 6 ( 2 chops)
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag. Add lamb; seal and marinate in refridgerator for 1 hour or up to 8 hours, turning bagoccassionally.
2. Preheat, grill or grill pan to to medium-high heat.
3. Remove lamb from bag. Place on grill rack or grill pan coated with cooking spray; cook 6 minutes on each side or until medium-rare or at desired degree of doneness.
