    15 oz can of no salt added tomato sauce
    1 medium onion diced
    1 medium red bell pepper diced
    4 garlic cloves minced
    1 medium zucchini sliced
    2 cups of button mushrooms sliced
    2 TBS minced fresh basil
    1 cup of whole wheat noodles
    16 oz of lean ground beef


Spray a nonstick skilled with cooking spray. Saute onion and garlic for 4 min then add red pepper, zuchinni and mushrooms. Saute until tender. Set aside. Saute ground beef until brown drain grease if there is any. Add tomato sauce and basil mix well. Add veggies back to meat. Meanwhile cook noodles per directions. When done top noodle with goulosh.
This makes four huge servings.
