Ingredients

    3 c. canned white beans, rinsed and drained
    2 med. stalks celery, diced
    10 large spanish olives, thinly sliced
    2 T. chopped, fresh tarragon
    1 T. sherry vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 t. smoked paprika
    4 T. olive oil

Directions

In a bolw combine beans, celery, olives and tarragon and gently toss. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, garlic, & paprika. Whisk in olive oil. Pour over beans and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
