    1 (1.25 pkg) Jennie-O turkey italian sausage
2 jars (1 lb 10 oz) Ragu Old World Traditional sauce
    2 large can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic and oregano
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 oz red wine
    2 Tbsp sugar
    20 green olives, rough chop

I haven't measured a full batch, so the breakdown is not accurate yet. (I used an overall ingedient weight divided by 4 oz portions.) Next time I will measure and edit this information. I consider a serving to be 4 oz, or a half cup. For me, this is one of my big kitchen soup ladels.
You can make this with lean ground beef and different spaghetti sauces, but this one is my favorite because I have found Ragu Old World to be closest to a homemade traditional Italian Sunday gravy.
