    1 loaf egg challah cut into cubes
    1 cup dried cranberries or raisens
    6 eggs beaten
    3 cups 1% milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    cinnamon and sugar (sweetner)


Place cubed bread (with the crusts) and raisens in a 3 qt pan or baking dish

Mix eggs and the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread and put in refridgerator overnight

Next morning bake at 350 for 45 minutes when center is set. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar

Serves 8 4 points for one serving.
