    14 oz of portobello mushrooms
    12 oz of lump crabmeat
    1 teaspoon of olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 1/2 tbsp fat free sour cream
    2 1/2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 1/2 tbsp minced green onions
    1 1/2 tbsp minced yellow pepper
    1 tsp minced parsley
    1 tsp hot sauce


Preheat oven to 400'
Brush tops of mushrooms with olive oil, put on foil lined baking sheet gill side down, bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and discard any liquid.
Put back on baking sheet gill side up and set to the side.
In medium size bowl mix the remaining except for the crabmeat. Mix well and fold in the crabmeat.
Fill the mushrooms and return to the oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Makes 5 servings.
