Ingredients

4 cups fresh or frozen organic mixed berries
2 tsp light brown sugar (can more to taste if necessary)
6 oz organic vanilla yogurt
1 cup plain low fat kefir
1/2 to 1 cup cranberry juice
Directions
Place frozen berries and brown sugar in blender and blend to a thick puree, scraping down sides of blinder. Add yogurt and kefir; blend 1 minute more. Add cranberry juice as needed for desired consistency.
