    2 oz. whole wheat fettucine
    1/4 cup julienned carrots
    1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup asparagus, cut in 1" pieces
    1/3 cup milk
    2 oz. low fat cream cheese
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of black pepper
    1/4 cup cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp parmesean cheese
    1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil


Boil the fettucine until 5 minutes before it is done and add julienne carrots and boil 2 minutes, add the asparagus and red pepper 2 minutes later and boil 2-3 minutes. Drain.

While the fettucine is boiling warm the skim milk and cream cheese together. When blended add the chives and seasonings.

Stir in the chopped cooked chicken and parmesean cheese. Toss with pasta and vegetable mixture.
