Ingredients

    2 small italian zuccini - sliced
    2 small acorn squash - sliced
    2 small mexican squash - sliced
    sliced onion - 3 small slices borken into rings
    EVOO
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Placed sliced squash on cookie sheet in single layer. Top with onion rings. Sprinkle with EVOO and salt & pepper.
Bake for about 20 min.
