    1 pkg. (5.1 oz) fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding
    3 cups fat free milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 container fat free whipped topping
    1 prepared angel food cake (about 12 oz)
    1 pkg (16oz) frozen sliced peaches,defrosted and drained on paper towels
    1 pkg (12 oz) frozen mixed berries,thawed, drained and blotted on paper towels
    fresh berries for garnish (optional)


In a large bowl, mix pudding,milk and vanilla on low speed for 2 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes or until thick. Fold in fat free whipped topping. Cut or tear cake into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Stir into pudding. Spoon a layer of pudding mixture in bottom of a large glass bowl. Top with a layer of peaches and berries. Repeat layers, reserving some peaches for the top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Before serving, garnish with sliced peaches and fresh berries, if desired.
