    Old El Paso 12 Tacco Shells - 32g (3 shells), 2 serving (remove)
    Kraft - Reduced Fat Parmesan grated topping, 2 tsp (remove)
    Boiled Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces (remove) chopped finely
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 0.75 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Knor - light mayonnaise, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chesdale Trim Omega3 Slices, 1 serving (remove)


place the chopped, boiled chicken breasts in a bowl and add the shredded lettuce, parmesan, olive oil, salt , mayonnaise and black pepper then mix

In the tacco shells, place your stuffing, half in each shell and then place 2 slices of tomato in each shell, and half a slice of cheese on top then put in microwave for 1 minutes and serve with any dip or salsa you prefer.
