    Veal Sirloin 3/4 lb
    Basil 12 leaves
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 12 slices
    Gorgonzola Crumbles -4 tbls


Pound out 4 cutlets to 1/8 inch lay basil leaves single layer (3 each) do same with sundried tomatoes. Add 1 tbs of gorgonzola cheese in middle and roll from shortest side to end. use tooth picks to hold together.

bake 350 for 30 mins or done.
