    16 oz. extra firm tofu
    olive oil spray

    4 T raw honey
    2 T rice vinegar
    1 T minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced ginger
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne


preheat over to 325 degrees and cut tofu into 12 slices.
cook tofu over med-high heat in pan w/ olive oil for 4 minutes.
turn over cook another 3 minutes on other side.

while tofu is cooking mix other ingredients together.
when tofu is slightly browned, add sauce to pan and mix.
put pan directly into oven for 10-15 min.

best served over a brown rice quinoa mix.
also good with a little soy sauce.

1 serving = 3 slices of tofu
