    2 boneless-skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 Tlbs. Canola oil


Beat chicken breasts until thin. dredge in flour, then in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs. Cook in oil about 10 minutes, turning once.
