    1 lb shrimp
    2 lemons, zested and juiced
    1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
    4 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Marinade the shrimp in the mixture for 30 minutes.

Also soak wooden skewers in water, so they don't burn on the grill

Remove shrimp and discard marinade. Put shrimp on skewers. Broil or grill the shrimp until cooked through. 2-3 minutes on each side.
