Introduction

This is great as a dip for fruit or dressing on a fruit salad. I use apple juice, but nearly any fruit juice would taste great (but obviously would change the calories per serving). Also, I like this recipe because I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners. Despite the fact that the yogurt contains splenda, even sensitive people shouldn't be able to taste it. Ingredients

    1 package (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup (4 oz) fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup (4 oz) Dannon Light'nFit Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 cup (4 oz) apple juice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Store in fridge in airtight container. Use as a dip for fresh fruit or as a dressing for fruit salads, fresh or frozen fruit.
