    Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
    Garlic diced, 2 clove
    Onion, diced, 1 cup
    Goya Black Beans, 3.5 cup
    Del Monte Petite cut diced tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Chili powder, 2.5 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Cumin seed, .5 tsp


1. saute EVOO, diced onion and garlicin a large sauce pan until onion is tender (about 5 minutes).

2. add 1 28 oz can of black beans (drained), 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes (drained), and the spices. Simmer for about 20 minutes, not all liquid will evaporate.

As an entree: approx 3 servings, as a side 6 servings. Sprinkle with some LF shredded cheese to get in a dairy serving.
