Introduction
If you don't like garlic this isn't the dish for yoy, but if you do ,yummy! I usually use leftovers in this dish .Leftover ckicken and veg. makes it a one pan meal. 1/2 cup is the serving size, but I don't think I have ever seen my husband or grandson eat less than a cup of pasta at any time. Ingredients

3c cooked pasta(warm a little if leftovers)
.25c garlic
.25c stock ckicken
salt and pepper
olive oil and country crock spread (3 T total)
Directions
1.In cold pan cook garlic, some salt & pepper in combined oils on low heat until garlic mashes easily. mash with fork. do not brown.
2.Add stock , add pasta, mix well until liduid is almost absorbed. Check seasoning,
