    Turkey Breakfast Sausage, 12 oz
    Milk, 1%, 2 cups
Corn Starch, .25 cup, (more or less depending on desired thickness)
    Water, 1/2 cup
    Whole Wheat Biscuits, 8 servings
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (less or more to taste)

Makes 6-8 Servings

For Sausage Gravy: Turn heat on stove to med/high setting or 275 F in an electric skillet.

For Biscuits: Heat oven to 375 F

Cook sausage until brown.
Add milk (you can adjust this to the amount of gravy you want)
Add Pepper to taste, you may add salt if you like also.
Turn heat to simmer and let cook until milk is heated throughly.

While mixture is simmering place biscuits on a non greased baking pan.

Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until desired browness.

Now, place corn starch in a cup, slowly add water and mix until you get a milky thickness.

When sausage mixture comes to a boil begin adding corn starch slowly until desired thickness is reached.
