So much better than store bought and extremely easy! So much better than store bought and extremely easy!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. unbleached white flour
    2 T olive oil
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 pkg or 1 T. loose yeast
    1 c. warm water


In large bowl, combine dry ingredients, then add warm water and olive oil. Stir until it comes together, then use your hands to completely combine into dough. You may use this dough immediately, or let it rise until doubled and punch down (preferred). Spread onto large round pizza pan or use a jelly roll pan (I find a baking stone works beautifully!). Top with favorite pizza toppings. Bake at 400 F for 25 min. Calories are for dough only! 12 servings
