    1-1/3 cups flour
    1/3 tsp salt
    1/3 C vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp ice water


Combine flour and salt in bowl. Whisk oil & water in another bowl, then pour into flour mixture. Stir lightly
till well blended. A few drops of water if necessary.

Form a dough and place between (2) sheets of wax paper and roll out quickly.
Don't roll too thin.
Turn out dough onto pie plate and flute edges.

Makes (1) pie crust.
