This is a delicious soup which can be served either hot or cold. This is a delicious soup which can be served either hot or cold.
Number of Servings: 8


    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) thawed
    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup
    *Potato, raw, 2 large, Peeled and diced
    *Tobasco Sauce, 2 tsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 cup, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste


In a large pan, saute onions, garlic and green bell pepper in olive oil until onions are clear. Add chicken broth and potatos and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until potatos are tender. Add Spinach and milk. Heat threw. Puree the soup in small batches and return to pan. Add Tobasco and the Salt & Pepper to taste. Enjoy!
