Introduction

A nice quick breakfast for a easy fix before work or a nice breakfast on the weekend. Green peppers give it a little kick. If you prefer a healther version try using canadian bacon or ground turkey meat instead of bacon and sausage. A nice quick breakfast for a easy fix before work or a nice breakfast on the weekend. Ingredients

    Egg whites, Bacon, Sausage, Green Peppers, and Onions

Directions

**Makes 2 Servings per Omlet**

PREP:
Dice 1/2 cup green peppers

Dice 2 Tbsp. onions

Fry Bacon in frying pan over med-low heat
(Besure not to turn the heat on too high as the pan gets hotter as more bacon is cooked and will burn.)
Cut bacon up into small pieces

Heat 1 Pre-cooked sausage patties in microwave for 3
minutes
Cut Patty up into small pieces

COOKING:

Seperate 3 egg whites into a bowl

Add bacon, sausage, onions, and green peppers into egg whites and stir together

Poor egg mixture into frying pan (6 inch)on med-low heat (The bigger the pan, the bigger and thinner the omlet

Once you can see eggs cooking about half way through, flip omlet. Be carefully as will be kind of flimsy, use a thing wide spatula if possible.

Check in about 1 minute, bottom should be starting to brown.
