    Chicken Breast (no skin): about 20 ounces

    2 eggs, use only the whites
    1/4 c Cheerios Cereal
    1/4 c Post Bran Flakes Cereal
    2 Manischewitz Thin Matzos (unsalted)
    1 t Paprika
    1 dash Black Pepper
    1/2 t Ginger, ground
    1 dash Cloves, ground


Take the two eggs, and reserve the whites in a bowl. Discard the yolks.

Take 1/4 cup Cheerios, 1/4 cup Bran Flakes, and 2 Matzos. Ground finely. Add spices.

Cut chicken into 10 strips. Dip each in the egg, and then toss in the coating.

Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes.

Serving size is per strip!
