Introduction

If you love cabbage rolls but don't want the work, this is for you. If you love cabbage rolls but don't want the work, this is for you.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 head of Cabbage
    3 Cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1 Cup of Instant Rice(you can add more)
    1 Can of Tomato Sauce
    Water

Directions

Layer all ingredients in a greased crockpot. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low or until the cabbage is soft. You might need to add a cup of water as it cooks down. I put the cut up cabbage and garlic in the bottom, then the rice, then the hamburger, then the tomato sauce on top. You can add more rice and more tomato sauce if you want it to go farther.

Makes 8 1-cup servings
