    3.5 ounces can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 tablespoons fat free mayo
    .5 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
    .5 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
    .5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 whole wheat pita
    1 green leaf lettuce leaves


Combine the salmon, olives, mayo, celery, onion, capers, and mustard in a small bowl. Warm the tortillas according to package directions. Place lettuce leaf on each tortilla and top with salmon mixture. Roll up the tortillas and cut diagonally in half.
