    Pork Chops (6 chops, thin-cut, boneless-skinless)
    Garlic Cloves (2, chopped)
    Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp, packed)
    Orange Juice (1 Tbsp)
    Maple-Flavored Syrup (1 Tbsp)
    Salt (1/2 tsp)
    Black Pepper (1/4 tsp, ground)


* Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
* Cook pork and garlic in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is slightly pink in center. Drain if necessary.
* Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook about 2 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and coats pork.
(may use molasses or actual maple syrup if desired)
