Introduction

A wild exploration as I attempt to add more fiber to my diet. I had a left over pork loin and a can or two of other ingredients. Mix it together and voila. Ingredients

    1 Can Refried Beans
    6 oz Pork loin
    1/2 can of tomato sauce
    Diced Green Chilis
    Tortillas
    Minced onions

Directions

This was started with a left over pork loin. Since it was cooked, dice said pork loin. Put it in the pot. Add the green chilis to the pot so that the flavor will mix in. I also added dried onions for flavor. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add the refried beans and tomato sauce.

Cook until it is cooked thouroughly. Place it in a tortilla add cheese if desired.
