Ingredients

    1 pkg. StarKist Tuna Creations, garlic & herb
    1 can StarKist Tuna, low sodium in water
    2 T. Kraft Reduced Calorie Mayo w/ olive oil
    1 T. Dill Sweet Relish
    1/2 c. Pic Sweet Seasoning Blend (frozen onions, red bell peppers, celery and parsley), defrosted
    1 red apple (Gala), chopped
    1 - 2 T. lemon juice
    Mrs. Dash Herb & Garlic
    1 Equal or Splenda

Directions

Drain water from canned tuna and pour contents of canned tuna and package tuna into a mixing bowl. Add the mayo, seasoning blend and relish. Chop apple and add lemon juice. Toss well. Lemon juice will help to minize the browning of the apples. Add apples to tuna mixture and blend. Add Mrs. Dash, to taste, and Equal or Splenda to taste. Makes a wonderful sandwich on whole grain bread, with tomato slices and lettuce. Bon Appetite!
