    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c chicken broth
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 c frozen peas
    12 oz cooked shrimp
    1 tsp cornstarch
    2 c cooked brown rice


Heat oil in wok. Add garlic, mushrooms, carrots, and onions and saute 5 min, until onions wilt slightly. Stir in chicken broth and soy sauce.

Bring to simmer and stir in peas and shrimp. Cook an additional 5 min, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, dissolve cornstarch in 2 tbsp cold water. When vegetables are almost done cooking, stir in cornstarch mixture and continue cooking about 30 seconds, stirring constantly., until liquid thickens. Serve over rice.
