Introduction

A quick filling turkey loaf recipe. My kiddos love this and it's so easy to make! I also sometimes make turkey balls rather than the loaf. Either way it's easy and simple. A quick filling turkey loaf recipe. My kiddos love this and it's so easy to make! I also sometimes make turkey balls rather than the loaf. Either way it's easy and simple.

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 large egg
    1 cup dry oats
    1 green bell pepper chopped
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 smale chopped onion
    1 small can of mushrooms, drained and chopped
    1 clove of garlic minced
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients listed in a large bowl. Once everything is blended together place the turkey mixture in a greased loaf pan or form the mixture into balls. Cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
