Introduction

Simple flavorful salad I love to make in the summer time. Simple flavorful salad I love to make in the summer time.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 T. Kraft fat free creamy italian dressing
    2 T. Tofutti brand - better than sour cream
    2 C. cucumbers sliced
    12 large grape tomatoes cut in half
    1 Small-medium onion diced
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, cover and place in fridge for at least 1hr. so flavors can meld.

Uncover and serve. Great with everything, esp. grilled black bean burgers.
