    Beef chuck, 250 grams
    Egg, fresh, 5 medium
    Orkide sunflower oil, 80 gram(s)


Fry the beef with a little water till it's cooked, then applied the eggs (scrambled), leave it till it become solid then move the mix in a circular movements till it stick in the whole fry to form kinda of plate.
Remark: use nonstick fry (opptional).
