    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can (or less) of water
    stove top stuffing (chicken flavored)
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    cheddar cheese (I use reduced fat shredded cheddar)


Serving Size - 3/4 cup
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare stuffing as directed
Mix soup and water in a 8 x 8 casserole dish
Cut chicken into chunks and add
Cover with stuffing mix
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes
