Ingredients

    5 medium size extra ripe bananas
    .5 cup fat free sour cream
    .5 cup cinnamon apple sauce
    1 cup sucralose (ex. Splenda)
    .5 cup sugar
    4.5 cup flour
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 stick Margarine
    4 eggs (I used substitute)

Directions

Mash bananas
Cream margarine, sugar, and sucralose
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well
Add mashed bananas and mix well
in separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon
Add to wet mixture until powder is just wet
Cook in greased loaf pans for about 60 min
